Our program combines ancient Eastern practices and contemporary Western methods to cleanse the body, mind, and emotions from blockages that impede the natural flow of life. Through techniques that cleanse the body, mind, and emotions of energy blockages, the path is opened for the natural flow of vital energy. MYSTIC ROSE STUDIO is designed to foster a deep and tangible transformation – through ancient Eastern techniques and modern Western methods, which cleanse the body, mind and emotions of blockages that separate us from ourselves.
Our techniques create sensitive moments where new energies begin to build each other in harmony. We practice techniques that stem from the ancient roots of humanity – Osho, Gurdjieff, Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Sufi, Taoist, Tibetan and shamanic traditions – intertwined with modern approaches, understandable and experiential for everyone. Some techniques are ecstatic – with dance, sounds and prayers – that lead you to complete surrender. Others are paths of remembrance: helping you to be present, in every breath, in every step. Qi Gong and yoga are the foundations of working with the body. They stimulate millions of nerves, release accumulated tension and return energy to its natural flow.
