Vuajtja e vet\u00ebdijshme \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe: ajo zgjidhet, drejtohet, forcon.<\/p><p>Vuajtja e vet\u00ebdijshme nis me \u201cfrenim\u201d: t\u00eb mos shprehet \u00e7do reagim, t\u00eb mos veprohet mbi \u00e7do impuls, t\u00eb mos identifikohet me \u00e7do perceptim. Disa shemben; t\u00eb tjer\u00eb \u201cngurt\u00ebsohen\u201d gabim, b\u00ebhen t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, gjykues ose t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb.
