sht\u00ebpi i rraskapitur pas nj\u00eb dite t\u00eb kaluar thjesht ulur dhe duke menduar? Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb puna mendore ta l\u00ebr\u00eb njeriun m\u00eb t\u00eb thar\u00eb se puna fizike?<\/p><p>Kjo pyetje zbulon di\u00e7ka q\u00eb shumica nuk e dyshojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr funksionimin e vet. Lodhja q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetohet \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, por nuk lidhet fare me sasin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs reale q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer. Njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb i lodhur sepse makineria e tij e brendshme ka funksionuar gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn n\u00eb kaos, me \u00e7do pjes\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb detyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar.<\/p><p>Kuptimi i k\u00ebtij kaosi do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si p\u00ebrjetohet jeta. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim, shpalosen misteret e qendrave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb njeriut, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padukshme jan\u00eb t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhura.<\/p><h2>Tre katet e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme<\/h2><p>Le t\u00eb imagjinohet vetja si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb me tre kate t\u00eb dallueshme, secili i pajisur me aparatura t\u00eb specializuara dhe pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb trajnuar p\u00ebr detyra t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">Kati i sip\u00ebrm:<\/span><\/strong> p\u00ebrmban aparatin e t\u00eb menduarit, t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr analiz\u00eb, planifikim dhe zgjidhje problemesh p\u00ebrmes logjik\u00ebs.<br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">Kati i mes\u00ebm:<\/span><\/strong> strehon kapacitetin e ndjenjave, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur bukuris\u00eb, rrezikut, g\u00ebzimit dhe trishtimit me reagime t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme emocionale.<br \/><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong>Kati i posht\u00ebm:<\/strong><\/span> administron ekzistenc\u00ebn fizike, duke menaxhuar gjith\u00e7ka, nga ecja dhe frym\u00ebmarrja e deri te proceset e panum\u00ebrta automatike q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb trupin gjall\u00eb.<\/p><p>\u00c7do kat funksionon me shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet natyrale dhe ka inteligjenc\u00ebn e vet. Kur thuhet \u201cinteligjenc\u00eb\u201d, n\u00ebnkuptohet se secila qend\u00ebr ka nj\u00eb aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar lloje t\u00eb caktuara situatash n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer, pa mundim dhe pa nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijshme.<\/p><p>Qendra e t\u00eb menduarit te njeriu punon ngadal\u00eb dhe me kujdes, si nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb peshon me holl\u00ebsi provat para se t\u00eb jap\u00eb vendimin.<br \/>Qendra e\u00a0ndjenjave vepron me shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e rrufes\u00eb, duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur situatave m\u00eb shpejt sesa arrin t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb mendimi.<br \/>Qendra e l\u00ebvizjes (fizik+instiktiv) funksionon diku n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dyve, duke menaxhuar koordinimin fizik dhe zakonet e m\u00ebsuara me nj\u00eb efikasitet t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm.<\/p><p>Tragjedia \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebto tre kate rrall\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, ashtu si\u00e7 duhet. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, ato nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb vazhdimisht te nj\u00ebra-tjetra, duke krijuar nj\u00eb kaos t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm q\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoron sasi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha energjie dhe prodhon p\u00ebshtjellim, ankth dhe ndjenj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb mbingarkese t\u00eb vazhdueshme nga jeta.<\/p><h2>Kur mendja pengon ndjenjat<\/h2><p>Le t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh kur dikush thot\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb e l\u00ebndon njeriun. Nj\u00eb koleg b\u00ebn nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje ther\u00ebse. Nj\u00eb mik harron nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. N\u00eb \u00e7astin kur shfaqet dhimbja, qendra e t\u00eb menduarit v\u00ebrsulet tep\u00ebr mbrojt\u00ebse, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb menaxhoj\u00eb dhe kontrolloj\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn:<\/p><p>\u201cUn\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitem p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Ndoshta ata nuk e kan\u00eb pasur me at\u00eb kuptim. Po jem shum\u00eb i\/e ndjesh\u00ebm. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb iracionale. Trupi i saj po qante lot\u00ebt q\u00eb syt\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019i l\u00ebshonin, sepse qendra e t\u00eb menduarit po e pengonte pun\u00ebn natyrore t\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebs.<\/p><p>Ky z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim ndodh vazhdimisht n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e sotme. Njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb st\u00ebrvitur t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb rreth ndjenjave n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrjetoj\u00eb ato, t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb reagimet emocionale n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019u lejoj\u00eb shprehjen e tyre natyrale. Si pasoj\u00eb, ndjenjat nuk e p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb ciklin e vet; ato mbeten t\u00eb bllokuara brenda, krijojn\u00eb presion, shfaqen si simptoma fizike ose shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb forma emocionale krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pakrahasueshme me at\u00eb q\u00eb i ka shkaktuar.<\/p><h2>Kur ndjenjat pengojn\u00eb mendimin e kthjell\u00ebt<\/h2><p>Tani le t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet e kund\u00ebrta. Njeriu duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim praktik. A t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb re apo t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn aktuale? Cilin apartament t\u00eb marr\u00eb me qira? Cilit projekt t\u2019i jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi sot? K\u00ebto pyetje k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb mendim t\u00eb kthjell\u00ebt, peshim t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve dhe analiz\u00eb logjike t\u00eb t\u00eb mirave dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, truri emocional e p\u00ebrmbyt procesin me ndjenja.<\/p><p>Frika nga marrja e vendimit t\u00eb gabuar e paralizon njeriun. Entuziazmi p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e reja e hedh mendjen n\u00ebp\u00ebr fantazi. Ankthi p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e mjegullon \u00e7do shqyrtim. Turpi nga d\u00ebshtimet e kaluara b\u00ebn q\u00eb ai t\u00eb dyshoj\u00eb n\u00eb gjykimin e vet. Or\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb stuhi emocionale, nd\u00ebrsa mendimi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk ndodh fare.<\/p><p>Shpesh njer\u00ebz shum\u00eb inteligjent\u00eb b\u00ebhen krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb marr\u00eb kur marrin vendime p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e tyre personale. Truri i tyre i t\u00eb menduarit funksionon shum\u00eb mir\u00eb kur analizojn\u00eb probleme abstrakte ose \u00e7\u00ebshtje profesionale.
