mjaft i kuptuesh\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb shum\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kompleksitetit t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb &#8216;makin\u00ebs&#8217; njer\u00ebzore. Kur themi &#8216;kujtoni veten&#8217;, e kemi fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr veten tuaj. Por ne vet\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb se jemi &#8211; ndjenjat, trupi, ndjesit\u00eb, mendja. Mendja jon\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ne &#8211; \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e jona. Tentoj ta kujtoj veten time sa m\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Por e kam provuar me veten time q\u00eb harroj shum\u00eb shpejt detyr\u00ebn q\u00eb i jap vetes, sepse mendja ime ka shum\u00eb pak lidhje me t\u00eb. Kam v\u00ebrejtur q\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb tjera pengojn\u00eb asociacione t\u00eb lidhura me vet\u00eb-kujtimin &#8230; N\u00ebse qendra e t\u00eb menduarit prodhon tentativa t\u00eb vet\u00eb-kujtimit, lidhjet q\u00eb nga nj\u00eb personazh tjet\u00ebr brenda nesh, q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera dhe nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb lidhje me vetkujtimin, i mbysin k\u00ebto tentativa t\u00eb d\u00ebshirueshme, pasi ato vijn\u00eb nga shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme dhe k\u00ebshtu jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta.<\/p><p>Problemi im \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb sjellim pjes\u00ebt e tjera n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb ku qendra e mendimit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb gjendjen e vet\u00eb-kujtimit sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur, pa e harxhuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb energjin\u00eb. Vet\u00eb-kujtimi k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e nj\u00ebkohshme t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aspekteve t\u00eb qenies njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb efektive. Gurdjieff m\u00ebsoi se vet\u00eb-kujtimi i duhur \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e vet\u00ebdijshme q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjitha funksionet tona &#8211; trupin, mendjen dhe ndjenjat. Nj\u00eb moment i vet\u00eb-kujtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb moment i vet\u00ebdij\u00ebs, &#8211; jo n\u00eb kuptimin e zakonsh\u00ebm, por nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije e Vetes s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Uni, s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije totale &#8211; trupin, ndjenj\u00ebn dhe mendimin . Nj\u00eb njeri nuk mund ta kujtoj\u00eb veten sepse ai p\u00ebrpiqet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb me mendjen e tij &#8211; t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim.<\/p><p>Vet\u00eb-kujtimi fillon me vet\u00eb-ndjesin\u00eb. Duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes qendr\u00ebs l\u00ebviz\u00ebse instiktive dhe qendr\u00ebs emocionale. Vet\u00ebm mendja nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb qenie njer\u00ebzore. Qendra e gravitetit t\u00eb ndryshimit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb qendrat l\u00ebviz\u00ebse dhe emocionale, por k\u00ebto kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm me t\u00eb tashmen; prandaj mendja duket e shk\u00ebputur. D\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn ton\u00eb emocionale nd\u00ebrsa aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb trupin ton\u00eb. Ndjenjat mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb forta, por trupi \u00ebsht\u00eb dembel, i zhytur n\u00eb inerci. Mendja duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e trupit dhe ndjenjave dhe kjo b\u00ebhet duke v\u00ebzhguar sakt\u00eb veten. Nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfitimet e vet\u00eb-kujtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb se dikush ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb pak gabime n\u00eb jet\u00eb. Por p\u00ebr vet\u00eb-kujtimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qendrat duhet t\u00eb punojn\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht.<\/p><p>Vet\u00eb-kujtimi k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje totale q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht vet\u00ebdije p\u00ebr trupin, mendjen dhe ndjenjat. Vet\u00ebm kur ka vet\u00ebdije, ne e p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb bot\u00ebn dhe veten n\u00eb bot\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb, ne kuptojm\u00eb, ndiejm\u00eb dhe dim\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebkohshme. T\u00eb kesh vet\u00ebdije p\u00ebr veten nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb jesh i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr veten me mendje (n\u00eb at\u00eb rast do t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm mendja t\u00eb shikoj\u00eb mendjen), por edhe fizikisht dhe emocionalisht, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije globale &#8230; kjo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi dhe forc\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes, t\u00eb nj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme, t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb globale n\u00eb lidhje me veten. Vet\u00ebdija e vetes \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje vet\u00eb-kujtimin &#8211; nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije e trupit, e t\u00eb qenit t\u00eb lidhur me at\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodh brenda, si dhe me at\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodh jasht\u00eb.<\/p><p>Gurdjieff p\u00ebrcaktoi ushtrime dhe detyra t\u00eb caktuara p\u00ebr student\u00ebt e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar p\u00ebrpjekjen e vet\u00eb-kujtimit. Disa ishin t\u00eb thjeshta, si\u00e7 ishin t\u00eb jesh prezent gjat\u00eb ngr\u00ebnies s\u00eb ushqimit ose kur hap nj\u00eb der\u00eb. T\u00eb tjera ishin m\u00eb komplekse q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinin v\u00ebmendjen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb funksionet fizike, emocionale dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit (p.sh. l\u00ebvizjet): Gurdjieff prezantoi shum\u00eb ushtrime dhe detyra q\u00eb u fokusuan n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb prezence t\u00eb shk\u00ebputur (p\u00ebrmes v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb drejtuar) n\u00eb nj\u00eb, dy ose tre qendra. Ushtrimet me ndjesi ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb prezence t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb trupin fizik (n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb ose n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi). Ushtrimet q\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen te frym\u00ebmarrja dhe n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e ndjenjave dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve synojn\u00eb t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb prani n\u00eb qendrat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. Detyra dhe ushtrime t\u00eb tjera sfidojn\u00eb intelektin, p\u00ebr shembull, p\u00ebrmes meditimit ose studimit.<\/p><p>Disa ushtrime evokojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr, psh p\u00ebrpjekjet nga vallet dhe l\u00ebvizjet e shenjta. Nj\u00eb lloj i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebrfshihet me shprehjen vet\u00eb-kontrollim. Objektivi par\u00ebsor k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb shihet, paanshm\u00ebrisht nga nj\u00eb prani e brendshme e ve\u00e7uar ose &#8216;v\u00ebzhgues&#8217;, njeriu-makin\u00eb (automatiku) n\u00eb procesin e manifestimit t\u00eb tij (n\u00eb mendime, ndjenja dhe ndjesi). Nd\u00ebrsa forca e v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb ndar\u00eb rritet, forcat e tjera q\u00eb p\u00ebrzihen me Unin n\u00eb manifestimet e tyre automatike dob\u00ebsohen. Disa nga k\u00ebta Un\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl thjesht zhduken me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuar nga p\u00ebrpjekja e vazhdueshme e drejtimit t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes son\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata nuk mund t\u00eb shfaqen m\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, shum\u00eb UN\u00cb kan\u00eb egoiz\u00ebm n\u00eb thelbin e tyre dhe ato b\u00ebhen me kalimin e koh\u00ebs objekt i transformimit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb emocioneve negative.<\/p><p><strong>Nivelet dhe shkall\u00ebt e vet\u00eb-kujtimit<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Vet\u00eb-kujtimi ka faza dhe cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb shumta. Kujtimi i vetvetes pranon nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb pafund\u00ebm qasjesh. Mund t\u00eb shikohet ngashum\u00eb \u00a0k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrime t\u00eb ndryshme, ka shkall\u00eb dhe etapa t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb caktuara dhe gjithmon\u00eb ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa mund t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb.
