Kur ai thot\u00eb &#8220;Joga \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebvrasje&#8221;, ai n\u00ebnkupton\u00a0<strong>vdekjen e egos<\/strong>, jo t\u00eb trupit.<br \/>Joga k\u00ebrkon \u00e7montimin e personalitetit t\u00eb rrem\u00eb q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria ka krijuar tek ju. Megjithat\u00eb, Osho thekson se rruga e brendshme \u00ebsht\u00eb plot me kurthe t\u00eb padukshme. A duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhem vegjetarian p\u00ebr t\u00eb praktikuar Joga?<\/strong><\/h4><blockquote><p>Patanjali nuk e vendos si dogm\u00eb, por si rrjedhoj\u00eb logjike t\u00eb\u00a0<em>Ahimsa-s<\/em>\u00a0(Mos-dhun\u00ebs). Por Osho jep nj\u00eb shpjegim m\u00eb shkencor: Ushqimi ndikon n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e mendjes.<br \/>Mishi mbart energjin\u00eb e frik\u00ebs dhe dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb kafsh\u00ebs, dhe k\u00ebrkon shum\u00eb energji p\u00ebr t&#8217;u tretur. A do m\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb Joga apo duhet t\u00eb shkoj te psikologu?<\/strong><\/h4><blockquote><p>Osho e krahason Jog\u00ebn me psikologjin\u00eb per\u00ebndimore k\u00ebshtu: Psikologjia merret me &#8220;arnimin&#8221; e mendjes, nd\u00ebrsa Joga merret me\u00a0<strong>kap\u00ebrcimin<\/strong>\u00a0e saj.<br \/>N\u00ebse keni nj\u00eb problem specifik klinik, mjeku \u00ebsht\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm.
