Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb disiplina e brendshme q\u00eb vjen nga t\u00eb kuptuarit.<br \/>Kur ti kupton se t\u00eb ngr\u00ebnit pa kriter t\u00eb b\u00ebn d\u00ebm, ti ndalon s\u00eb ngr\u00ebni jo sepse &#8220;duhet&#8221;, por sepse e kupton. P\u00ebrkufizimi Absolut: Heshtja e &#8220;Liqenit&#8221; t\u00eb Mendjes<\/h3><p>Pasi ke kaluar faz\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes (&#8220;Tani&#8221;), Patanjali nuk humb koh\u00eb. N\u00eb sutr\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, ai jep p\u00ebrkufizimin m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, m\u00eb shkencor dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr Jog\u00ebn.
